salamwalikum balkhs.....m very happy to see this website...am very interested in balkh an its history..as my great great grand father was from balkh(Afghanistan) ..but now we are settled in Hyderabad , INDIA..but will surely like to visit balkh one day..:)

I am happy to find this website where I can see the feeling of Bactria,a leading old city on earth.It gives us opportunity to think about the glorious period of this region during its high days,courageous resistance of the people against the Greeks and of course Roxana,the wife of Alexander the Great.

Assalam-O-Alikum, Happy to see this colorful website. I love to see more pictures of famous sites and people of Balkh. Suggestion- Please divided the web site with present and past of Balkh.

I have emotional link with balkh due to my ancestors belongs to this city "Balkh". Then family moved and divided one place to another.

MY Family Migration route - Start from Balakh-> Kashmir ->Luknow -> hyderabad Daccan -> Pakistan or -> USA or Canada.

People migrated from central Asia to Sub-continent for some reasons. Mirza, Bukhari, Ghori, etc

Good work and keep it up.
